Large double in homely flat, available Jan/Feb

We are looking for a new flatmate in our homely flat in SW London.

The room is a good sized double and is fully furnished (bed, wardrobe with additional storage above, chest of drawers). There is space for a desk and additional storage could fit in as well.

The flat is really homely and nicely decorated (no standard landlord furniture!) with a separate kitchen (including dishwasher) and living room, and a shower over bath in the bathroom.

We are 1 min away from a local park which is lovely for WFH lunch breaks in summer, and 10 mins to Clapham Common and Battersea Park. Battersea Power Station and Clapham old town are both less than a 15 minute walk away, covering most shops and local markets!

Nine Elms (Northern line) and Stockwell (Northern and Victoria lines) stations are a 10 minute walk away and it's 4 minutes to Wandsworth Road overground. Clapham Junction is 10 minutes away on the bus or overground. There are also lots of buses to central from right outside the flat so super easy and safe to get home at night.

Less than 5 minutes walk away are all the shops etc. you need - tesco express, corner shops, dry cleaners, a PureGym etc, a big Sainsbury’s ten minutes away and a Lidl nearby too. There are also some lovely Portuguese restaurants and cafes around as we are in Little Portugal!

About us - the current flatmates are Sally and Anna. The flat is very chilled, we are often out and about but also spend time chilling in the flat. The room that is available is Kelsey’s, moving out to move in with her boyfriend.

Bills are ~£120 a month including all the usual utilities, and netflix. Rent is £948 per month. Council estate parking permits are available for the off-road car park right outside the flat, for approx £35 per year (and there’s always a space!).
