We have a furnished double room available in our bright, comfortable flat, ideal for a working professional looking for a relaxed place to call home.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables, and plenty of storage, including a large wardrobe just outside the bedroom.

The flat has a spacious shared living room with a balcony, one bathroom upstairs, and a separate downstairs toilet - which works really well for shared living.

The room is becoming available as my best friend is moving out after 4 years of living together, so we’re looking for someone who’ll enjoy the flat and treat it like home.

Bills are not included and typically come to around £150 per month, depending on usage.

Location wise, it’s really well connected, with Stockwell, Nine Elms, and Battersea Power Station all around a 10-minute walk away, plus easy access into central London.

There are also lots of great local cafés, gyms, shops, and riverside walks nearby.
