A bright double room is available in a spacious 2-bed flat in a secure, modern (new-ish) building. The flat is well located with excellent transport links – around a 10–15 minute walk to Nine Elms, Battersea Power Station, Stockwell and Clapham North, making commuting and getting around London really easy. Bus stop directly outside which goes to Clapham Junction.

The flat is a great size and well maintained. I’ve lived here for 2 years and am looking to renew the tenancy. My current flatmate (who has been here for 4 years) is moving out to live with her boyfriend, so we’re looking for someone new to take her place.

Move-in date: Flexible from now, but no later than 27 February.

About me:
I’m 28 and work in Venture Capital, and I’m also studying for the SQE alongside work (trainee solicitor). I’m into the gym, travelling, and enjoy relaxed evenings at home watching films, cooking, and sharing a glass of wine or the occasional Mai Tai. I work long hours and am in the office every day, so the flat is generally calm and tidy during the week. I will be studying until July so hoping for a respectful flatmate, no big parties etc.

WFH is absolutely fine a couple of days a week, but I’m ideally looking for someone who isn’t fully remote every day.
