Room For Rent In Zone One Flat 🐞

hi! we’re looking for someone to join our lovely little flat in zone one 🐞
it’s a 1-minute walk to nine elms station and big sainsbury’s, and about a 10-minute walk to vauxhall station, with great bus links into the city and other popular areas (clapham etc).

we’re looking for someone friendly and warm to join us. the flat is nice, cosy, and chill vibes, and we’d love to be friends with whoever moves in. we’re also looking for someone clean, tidy, and respectful. this isn’t a big party house, but we don’t mind the occasional gathering or dinner party 💕

it would be amazing to live with people who are up for the occasional pint after work, shared dinners, or movie nights, while still respecting each other’s space and independence.

the flat itself is honestly so lovely and i love living here so much! the price is really good compared to other places in the area. we have a small balcony that’s perfect when the sun’s out, plus a huge shared garden with beautiful trees and grass. it’s great for summer picnics, but also just really nice to look out at as the seasons change.

i’m also in the process of updating the decor inside the flat, i have a pinterest board i can share so you can get an idea of the vibe it’s going to be <3
