Hello! I’m looking to sublet my room in a 5 bed shared house for 3 months while I’m travelling.
🏠 The flat is shared with 4 other girls between 24-28 who I will miss a lot while I’m away! They’re totally up for a gossip in the kitchen, a walk to the power station or a couple of drinks in an evening.
🚇 The flat is in a fab location - 10 mins from Nine Elms station (and big Sainsbury’s!), 13 from Stockwell and 8 from Wandsworth Road overground. You can also walk to Battersea, Clapham and Brixton in less then 30 mins.
🛏️ The room is spacious and includes a built in wardrobe and under bed storage. I’ll also leave my desk and draws for you to use. The flat includes a living room, a bathroom and a downstairs loo.
💰 The room is £730 a month plus around £80 in bills as electricity and internet are included. I never may more than £800 all in which is so reasonable for the area.
The room would be perfect for a sociable girl and someone looking to find their feet before moving somewhere more long term. I’m looking to organise viewings soon so ping me a message if you’re interested ❤️
