The room is generously sized, comes with a large window panel facing the estate and fully furnished with:
• Double bed
• Wardrobe
• Bedside cabinet
• Large built-in storage cupboard

All utilities are included.

The flat is shared with two friendly and easygoing female flatmates. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. There’s no living room, but the bedroom itself is large enough to comfortably relax and work from.

The WiFi router is located in this room, which means you’ll have the strongest connection in the flat — ideal if you work from home.

I also have a 2-in-1 coat rack and shoe rack that I’m happy to leave for an additional £50 if wanted.

Great spot in Vauxhall with excellent transport links and amenities nearby. 1 min walk to Nine Elms Northern line station and 10 minutes walk to Vauxhall Station with access to Victoria line, Trains and plenty of busses. 5-7mins lime bike to Battersea park (or can take the Northern Line just 1 stop).
