Double room available in Nine Elms Mon-Fri

Hello! I’m looking a Mon-Fri lodger to fill my spare room. Move in from 13th April but flexible on the date. Happy to discuss sun-Thurs/fri or another similar arrangement.

THE ROOM:
Sunny and bright room overlooking the garden, fully furnished with an Ottoman bed (lifts up with plenty of storage underneath), wardrobe, chest of drawers, shoe rack, shelves and full length mirror. Lampshade has been ordered, and can get a desk and bedside table if you’d like, or you’re welcome to bring your own.

THE FLAT
A two bed flat with separate kitchen and a bright living room, with a corner sofa, foot stool and bay window with kitchen table in. TV includes Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime etc. Fully equipped kitchen with all pans and crockery, induction hobs, air fryer, dishwasher and washing machine. Big shared garden in the front and back of the property, that nobody other than me really uses!

The bathroom is shared and includes a bath. Towels & bed linen can be provided. Happy to clean sheets fortnightly. You’re welcome to keep things in the room over the weekend, although I’d occasionally have family/friends to stay at the weekends in the room :)

ME
You would be living with me, I work for the NHS in Programme Management, working from home 3 days a week (usually Mon, weds, Fri). My desk is in the living room, but I never work past 5pm or on the weekends! There’s a cleaner every other week, and I like to keep the flat clean & tidy so would like someone with a similar mindset. Pets open for discussion. This is a no smoking household. LGBTQ+ welcome.

I like a mixture of going out and socialising, and having a night in. Would like someone who feels at home here and would like to watch TV or have a chat in the evenings, but also respects each other’s space. I really like musicals, and see shows regularly, and have recently got into reformer Pilates.

TRAVEL
The flat is right next to Wandsworth road, in between Nine Elms and Clapham North and a short walk from Battersea Power Station and Clapham Common. Lots of pubs, shops and cafes within walking distance.

Bus stop 1 minute away and 25 min bus to Charing Cross
Pure Gym and Tesco Express 6 minute walk
Clapham North (Northern Line) 12 minutes walk
Nine Elms station (Northern Line) 13 minutes walk
Giant Sainsbury’s (including Habitat) 13 minutes walk.
