We’ve just had an offer accepted on a 4 bed flat in Nine Elms, 2 minutes from the tube so super well connected and looking for the fourth bedroom to be taken due to a last minute drop out.

🏠About the flat:
It’s a lovely 4 double bedroom flat with a living room, a little balcony, kitchen and bathroom. The room comes with a wardrobe and a double mattress and bed frame- don’t have the photos of the furniture as the landlord is going to provide that before we move in. We’re going to get our own furniture for the living room (you don’t need to contribute to that) but as for now we’ve got a comfy sofa, TV, coffee table, bookshelf. Want to make it super cozy!!

About us:
Mid/late 20s - early 30s
Myself and three guy friends (they’re really nice and friendly I promise) We’re very sociable and hang out with each other so we're looking for someone who wants to be part of a friendly home, not just share a flat but we’re pretty relaxed and have our own things going on as well.
Outside work we love cooking, getting a matcha on the weekends and exploring cute neighbourhoods, going out, gigs or pub quizzes (we can do pretty well 😏)
We’re super chilled, clean and respectful of each other’s spaces. We’d love a nice, relaxed and fun vibe!!

-2 minutes from big sainos
-about 10 minutes to Vauxhall (Victoria line)
-heaps of parks, cafes, pubs around
