Minimum stay: 6 month or above,

A double bed (with bed frame), a clothing rack, desk and chair, and a large wardrobe for storage. You can add more furniture if needed.

Shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom (separate bath and toilet).
The building has secure entry and a lift. No smoking indoors.

The landlord lives nearby, is friendly, and fixes anything promptly.
