We're looking for 1 more girl to join us in a 4-bed flat near stockwell/nine elms - we've found a great place and are ready to move forward, just need the final person!
Had a last-minute dropout:(
The landlord has approved our application, subject to referencing - so everything is moving quickly! We're looking to fully submit the application tonight, so need someone ready to move fast.
Location:
- Across the road from northern line tube station to get into Clapham
- 14 min walk to Stockwell (Northern & Victoria line)
Rent:
• £820 (double room with built-in wardrobe and desk)
• Bills not included

The flat:
• Spacious living room
• Separate kitchen
• Bathroom + separate WC
• 5th floor with lift access
• Communal gardens
• Secure building with key fob entry
Move-in: First week of June
Tenancy: 12 months (standard referencing required)

⭐️About us:
Kirstyn (25) - Aussie, working as a PA in Soho. Love being social, trying new restaurants, travelling, and staying active, but also enjoy chilled nights in during the week.
Chloe (24) - Aussie, just moved over from Sydney and working in teaching. Super friendly and social, into gym, pilates, and keen to build a homey, social flat.
Evie (25) - works in insurance. Easygoing, sociable, and looking for a friendly house where everyone gets along and enjoys a mix of socialising and downtime.
We are looking for one girl aged 24 - 30 who is friendly, sociable, clean, and respectful - keen to make the flat feel like a home, hang out together but also mindful of personal space and work schedules.
You'll need to be in a position to pass referencing and secure the deposit quickly due to the fast turnaround.
