Lovely double room in Nine Elms!

I’m very sadly moving out of my double room in Nine Elms so looking for someone to fill the room from 26th July.

It’s a lovely room in a 3-bed 2-bath characterful maisonette, sharing a bathroom with just one other person. There is a lovely sitting room at the top of the flat for hanging out together and a spacious roof terrace which is great for summer evenings!

The flat is a 5 minutes walk from Nine Elms tube station and the massive Nine Elms Sainsburys (which is a huge bonus!) It’s also a 15 minute walk from Stockwell tube station for the Victoria or Northern lines and has great bus routes into central London. Battersea Power Station is just a 15 minute walk away and Battersea Park a 25 minute walk. 15 mins walk from Vauxhall.

Rent for the spacious room is £1180 (this is £1298 minus a 10% self management discount) with bills coming to ~£150 per month including paying for a cleaner who comes every other week.

The room is quiet, looking out over neighbours’ gardens on a quiet street. It is fully furnished.

You’ll be living with two friendly girls, (Lily 23, landscape architect) and Caroline (25 currently applying for consultancy jobs). They are both friendly easygoing housemates who enjoy cooking, watching TV in the evenings, and the occasional pub trip!

Flat is owned by a private landlord therefore no managing agent.

No holding deposit. Main deposit required of £500 if you are accepted. Council tax band D
