I am finishing my placement so need to find a replacement!

📍Location: 5 mins from Nine Elms tube station, 10 mins from Stockwell, 9 mins from Vauxhall. 5 mins from a massive Sainsburys and 2mins from a Co-op and local pub.

🛏️ The room comes unfurnished (but our flatmate is selling the current bed/mattress for £100 if you’d like that option) so you can furnish it how you like. Can hold a double bed, drawers and a rail and/or chest of drawers.

🏠 The flat: Sharing with two other girls in their mid 20s who are tidy and clean, so looking for someone similar who to fill the room. We’ve got a nice big open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area on the top floor and you’d only share the bathroom with one other girl. The flat is light and fresh with modern furnishings and was freshly painted in 2025.

💵 Rent £1050 p/m

Bills approx. £100-120 p/m

Deposit: £1211

There is also a £50 fee for your name to be added to the tenancy!

Who you’d be living with:

💚 Eleanor (26): Kiwi, working at Kingston Council Tues-Wed with Mon, Thurs & Fri WFH. Loves exploring London but also travelling as much as humanly possible! Enjoys a drink with the girls or a chill matcha/walk on a Sunday + the odd pilates class.

💜 Shona (20): solicitor apprentice working in central London. Loves travelling, trying new restaurants, going out with friends, and dance and Pilates classes. Enjoys a good coffee and trips to the pub.

We’re looking for someone considerate, friendly and easy to share a flat with. We both appreciate a peaceful, clean and tidy space that’s nice to come back to after a busy day. We tend to spend most of our time in our own rooms, but we’re always happy to have a yap and a catch up in the kitchen in the evening.
