Open-plan kitchen and living area, bright and modern, fully equipped.
Private balcony. (my favourite part)
No noise, isolated and private within a very safe, secure building complex

Building amenities:

Gym with decent equipment (I use it regularly)
Communal cinema room (bookable in advance, free)
Communal dining room for events (bookable in advance, free)
Access to a landscaped 4th-floor communal garden.
Overall very peaceful and green despite the central location.

The household:

Ahsan (Me) am a software engineer in Apple, walks, games, always up for any sports and visit my local Gails frequently with a book.
Gabi (My girlfriend) works in film industry and an exceptional script supervisor, loves musicals, plant mom and bakes the best banana breads.
You'd be sharing with a couple myself and my partner.
We are friendly, tidy, respectful of shared space.
This is a live-in arrangement (owner-occupier with a lodger) not a separate flat.

House rules (Apply to us all):

No smoking inside.
Guests welcome but let's keep it considerate, no long-term stays without a chat first.
Kitchen and living areas shared, everyone cleans up after themselves.
Quiet after 11 pm, especially on weeknights

Nine Elms Station (2 mins walk)
Vauxhall Station (15 mins walk)
Battersea Power Station (20 mins walk, 1 minute on tube)
Sainsbury's (2 mins walk)
Starbucks and Gails close by.
Easy access into central London via Northern line

What we're looking for:

Someone tidy, respectful, easygoing, professional or postgrad preferred.

Min. term: few months, we do not want to go through the process frequently.
