Looking for a replacement flatmate in a 3 bed flat share perfectly positioned between Stockwell, Nine Elms and Vauxhall. Easy access to Clapham, Battersea, Waterloo and Wandsworth. 2 floor flat, with a room on the top floor and spacious double room with a desk. Only moving out to help a friend out with his living situation.

Current 2 housemates are both very easy going and happy to both keep themselves to themselves or get involved. One is from New Zealand and enjoys travelling around Europe. The other is a massive sports fan. Housework is shared equally and never had any issues with either. Both work in professional industries and are easy to get on with. Landlord is great and quick to solve any issues if they arise- otherwise he will leave you to it.
