Hello!

I’m looking for a new flatmate to replace my current housemate and friend, who is moving out to live with his partner. The room is available from 6th September.

📍 The flat & location

The flat is a stone’s throw from Nine Elms station, with Waterloo and the rest of central London just 10–15 minutes away by tube.

You’ll also have:

A large Sainsbury’s just 1 minute away
Battersea Power Station and the river within walking distance
Vauxhall station around 10 minutes away on foot
Great transport links for getting around London

Given the location and easy access to the tube, the room would be ideal for someone who regularly commutes into the city and wants a convenient base in London.

👋 A bit about me

I’m 31, originally from Epsom, and work in Sales. I currently work for a start-up and am mostly remote, although that’s likely to change soon as I search for office space.

Outside of work, I’m pretty social and like making the most of what London has to offer. I play football most Saturdays, go to the gym, and enjoy music festivals, pubs, dining out and travelling.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone with similar interests who is sociable and up for doing things together from time to time, but equally enjoys having their own space and downtime. As it’s a 2-bed, 1-bath flat, I think it’s important that we get along and have a good balance between being social and giving each other space.

Rent: £1,150 pcm
Bills: Around £100 pcm
