💷 Rent: £920 per month + bills
💡 Bills are roughly £80 extra per month

💰 Deposit/Bond: £1050 (fully refundable at the end of the lease.

📅 Lease: The current lease runs until mid-March 2027, but it will most likely be renewed, so there is a strong possibility of staying on long-term.
