Double bedroom in Nine Elms beside Battersea/Claph

My boyfriend (and cat) is moving back to Ireland, and I have the second bedroom available to rent in this two-bedroom flat. I’m looking for a female (24-30yo) professional
who is friendly, tidy, and easy-going!

📅Move in: from mid October (can be a little flexible)

💸 Rent: £980 including bills + £40 month for a fortnightly cleaner

- Good-sized double room with wardrobe and shelving unit
- Cozy living room (dodgy box included ;)) with lots of natural light

☺️ Little about me
- 26-year-old Irish girl working in tech. I love to cook (pescatarian but I don't judge) and like to keep a clean house.
- Fan of a good pub quiz, trying new restaurants, and recently started playing tennis (there’s courts beside the flat!)
- I'm a non-smoker and would work 2 days a week from home.

📍 Location is amazing:
- 15 min walk to Clapham Common / Battersea Park
- Well connected (Victoria Line, Northern Line, Windrush Line and buses)
- 10 minute walk to big Sainsbury's
