Large Rear (Overlooking Garden) Double Room

We are looking for a cat-loving vegetarian to join this calm and friendly household.

No agents.

Minimal WFH is fine but not suitable for full time WFH.

Summary:

* Within 5 minutes of Nine Elms and 10 minute walk of Vauxhall and Stockwell stations.
* Bills not included are: water, gas and electric.
* Reliable community fibre internet.

* Storage - own cupboard in kitchen, dedicated space in fridge and freezer, and in bathroom.
* Room - Fully furnished (see pictures).
* Bathroom - shared with one other person, includes storage space too.
* WC - separate to bathroom and there is a second downstairs.
* Kitchen - fully stocked with pots and pans, range master (5 hob, grill and fan oven).
* One cat included too.

The house is situated on a quiet residential street just off Wandsworth Road. Tube options are plenty (Nine Elms, Vauxhall, Stockwell) and Wandsworth Road overland is also a short walk away.

I am a live-in landlord, but don't let that put you off. I am very easygoing and I enjoy sharing with other people. Housemates can do their own thing or stop off for a chat. It is entirely up to you.

Parking (permit required) is genuinely plentiful on our street and you can usually park right outside the door.

A quick word about smoking - This is always a non-smoking house. However, you can smoke outside (covered front porch available in inclement weather).
