Hellooo,
We’re on the lookout for a 4th flatmate to join our cosy 4-bed house in North London! (Turnpike Lane)

We’re a 10 minute walk away from Tesco’s, Lidl and Wood green high street which literally has every shop ever. Our closest tubes are Turnpike Lane and Wood Green which are both 10 mins and the piccadilly line which is 10 mins to Kings x.
The room is going for £700 a month (not inc. bills). It has a built in pretty green vintage wardrobe.
The house comes with a conservatory where we do our Self-tapes, 2 bathrooms and a private garden.

You’d be sharing the house with 3 other actors ( 2 girls, 1 guy) We work most evenings and some weekends but when we get time off we’re quite social and regularly watch films, go out to events, see theatre and spend good time together!
We’re holding viewings in December and would love to meet you if you’re interested. It would be signing on for a year.

If you WFH or regular hours you may not see us often as we work most evenings but this isn’t a huge problem and we will find time to do things!
