Hey, i’m moving out and need someone to take over my tenancy!
The room comes completely furnished apart from the side table and mattress which are mine but i’m happy for you to buy them from me! There is currently tape on the window sill as there was a draft coming in but the landlord is coming this week to assess and fix that for you moving in.
The house is very cosy and comfortable with one bathroom with a shower and bath and one small toilet, there is a living room and a big kitchen. Also a back garden which is nice to chill and relax in.
Move in date is from the 5th of October.
