Cosy en-suite room in friendly home – Wood Green

Hi everyone! We’re looking for someone to join our household and take an en-suite room in our house in Wood Green.

The room is compact but cosy and comes with its own private bathroom (shower and toilet), which is a big plus for privacy. It has a double bed but is available for single occupancy only. The house also has a spacious shared living area, making the home feel comfortable and welcoming.

📍 Location: Wood Green, about 10 minutes’ walk to Wood Green tube station (Piccadilly line), with plenty of shops, cafés and amenities nearby.

💷 Rent: £770 per month, all bills included.
❄️ In particularly cold winter months, the cost may increase slightly due to higher heating use.

📅 Move-in date: 7 April

🏠 About the household:
You’ll be sharing the house with two gay guys (including me). I currently live in this room but will be moving to another room in the house, so I’ll still be around.

We’re both in our late 30s / early 40s and working professionals. We enjoy a friendly and relaxed home environment — sometimes spending time together, inviting friends over, or having the occasional small gathering, but most of the time the flat is calm and we respect each other’s space.

We’re a queer-friendly household, and it’s important to us that everyone feels comfortable here.
