📌 Payment & Details
• £650 per month (includes council tax, water, and broadband)
• Electricity and gas are shared separately — usually around £20 per person per month in summer, and about £50 per person per month in winter, depending on usage
• Deposit: £300
• Available from: 25th September (flexible for the right person)
• Minimum stay: 2 months, with potential to extend
