There are several shops for fresh groceries. Iceland is 6mins walk and Co-op is 8mins from the property. And 2 gyms as well, all walkable distance.
Norbury station is a 0.5 mile / 12 minute walk from the property, you have a direct train to London bridge, Victoria and East Croydon. With London Road close by, there are plenty of easily accessible transportation options available. Bus stop is only 3mins away. Bus to Streatham and Croydon is only 10mins.
