Dunbar Avenue is a pleasant, quiet road parallel to Norbury Crescent and only a 5 minute walk from Norbury High Street. High street has a number of local restaurants including some popular chains like KFC, Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, subway, Kaspas etc. and covers alot of cuisines. There are several shops for fresh groceries. Iceland is 6mins walk and Co-op is 8mins from the property. And 2 gyms as well, all walkable distance.

Norbury station is a 0.5 mile / 12 minute walk from the property, you have a direct train to London bridge, Victoria and East Croydon. With London Road close by, there are plenty of easily accessible transportation options available. Bus stop is only 3mins away. Bus to Streatham and Croydon is only 10mins. Greenery isn't lacking with Norbury Park just up the road and slightly further down the road is Norwood Grove.

About the housemates:

My husband and I are in our early to mid 30s and working professionals who love living in this house and south in general. We have a combination of working from office and home. We have a 18month old hence have family visiting us. We enjoy going for walks around the area and high street to explore a number of options. In our free time we love cooking, watching some tele or play some board games with a glass of wine. We are looking for someone who respects the property and takes care as their own.
