1 X large double room [£900 bills included] and 1 X small double room [£800 bills included] are available to lodge in now.

You will be joining a young professional house share in a newly refurbished semi-detached house in Norbury (SW16).

Both double rooms share a spacious bathroom complete with a bath shower, sink and mirror.

The house is conveniently located just a 10–15-minute walk from Norbury station which has direct trains to central stations such as London Victoria and London Bridge. It is also a 5-minute walk from bus stops to vibrant areas such as Clapham, Streatham, Balham, Brixton and Croydon. We are also located close to various parks, including Streatham Common, Pollards Hill (a popular viewing spot over London), Norbury Park, Brockwell Park, Tooting Common and Mitcham Common. Norbury high-street is a 5-minute walk away and home to several supermarkets, including Lidl, Iceland and CO-OP, and an array of local shops, restaurants, cafes and takeaways.

The area is residential so we can have fun, but no loud parties every weekend. The house has a sunny garden with outdoor seating. Two spacious reception rooms with a TV and modern decoration. Additional amenities include a downstairs toilet, new kitchen appliances, a dishwasher, and high-speed broadband. A washing machine and dryer are included. The front reception room has excellent natural light and regularly serves various purposes, from exercise to WFH meetings to a cosy spot with a sofa bed and treadmill.

You will be living with two creatives, Chioma (25) and Yemi (26), who both work in Film & TV production. We are very sociable, and friendly and enjoy going out/exploring London, but also value our individual friendships and downtime.

We are seeking like-minded, friendly individuals to enjoy the occasional movie night, dinner party, or weekend outing with.

The house is newly refurbished so it is essential that you are clean, tidy and respectful, and participate in our weekly cleaning rota.

The monthly rental price covers the cost of all bills including gas, electricity, WIFI, council tax, water, gardening, TV license and household cleaning products.

Please note, that this is NOT a live-in landlord situation. Although it is my mother’s property, she lives elsewhere.
