We have a newly refurbished semi detached house available in Norbury, South West London.

Two available rooms, with two tenants sharing a spacious bathroom complete with a bath and shower. Double bedroom available from 5th November.

There is a £50 monthly contribution which covers rates and additional items such as cleaning products, TV licence, Internet use etc.

We all split Gas and electricity bills as they are received.

The area is residential so we can have fun, but no loud parties every weekend. The house has a sunny garden with outdoor seating. Two spacious reception rooms with a TV and modern decoration. Additional amenities include a downstairs toilet, new kitchen appliances, a dishwasher, and high-speed broadband. A washing machine and dryer are included. The front reception room has excellent natural light and regularly serves various purposes, from exercise to WFH meetings to a cosy spot with a sofa bed and treadmill.

About the housemates: You’ll be living with Chioma (25) and Yemi (26) two creatives who work in Film & TV production. We’re very sociable and friendly, and enjoy going out and exploring London but also value our individual friendships and downtime.

I'm seeking like-minded friendly individuals to become part of this lovely house. Whether it's enjoying movie nights, occasional dinners, or a weekend outing, I'd love to have housemates who are up for joining. The house is quite new so it’s essential that you’re clean and tidy and will maintain the accommodation. Ideally a cleaning rota or chore day!

Conveniently located just a 10-15 minute walk from Norbury station, and with a 20-minute bus ride to Streatham Common, you'll have easy access to vibrant events, day, and nightlife. There are numerous bus stops within a 5-minute walk, connecting you directly to Streatham and Brixton. And several links to Brockwell Park and Clapham. The house is a 3 minute walk from a lovely park overlooking London & Croydon. Several supermarkets, including Iceland and CO-OP, and an array of local shops and cafes/restaurants are all within a short walking distance.
