Double Room Available in Two-Bedroom Flat Share

I have a double room in a two-person flat share available for rent from 1st January (earlier move in date is negotiable). With plenty of natural sunlight, this room comes furnished with a double bed (that lifts with lots of storage space underneath), a night stand, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The room can come furnished or unfurnished depending on your preferences.

This two-story flat includes modern amenities like a newly renovated kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher. Also, a nice sized living room with a smart TV (includes Netflix, Prime TV, Youtube, etc.) on the ground floor. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms and one shared bathroom.

Location:

This flat is located in the heart of Norbury. Just a 5 minute walk to Norbury station, walking distance to several bus links including the 50, 250, 255 (bus stop across the road from the property, 20 min ride to Balham tube station), and 109 (just a 20 min ride to Brixton tube station). Just a minute’s walk from a 24 hour gym, local markets, cafes, and restaurants. As well as bigger supermarkets such as Lidl, Co-op, and Sainsbury’s within a short walking distance.

A bit about myself: I’m 29 and work in TV production. Originally from San Francisco but been in London for three years now.

I’m seeking a responsible and considerate flatmate who pays bills on time as well as, values cleanliness and respects shared spaces. While I’m quite friendly and social, I understand the importance of personal space. My time is primarily occupied with work, traveling, and spending time with friends so I cherish my solitude when at home. But I’m always up for a movie night or friendly dinner together every now and then. Ultimately would like to find someone who I can trust to take care of the space and contribute to the flow of household.
