Short term-Large en suite room in friendly home

Looking for a great place to live with a friendly atmosphere? We have a bright and airy double en-suite loft room with it's own door available from the 28th of June for an initial two Month let with a view to extending.

The location is great. You'll be within an easy walk of the train station and multiple bus lines. One train of 34mins into Victoria or London Bridge.

The house itself is spacious with a comfortable living room, Netflix and Apple TV. We have a dining room area where we usually hang out and chat and a large garden if you want to soak up some sun or have a Barbecue.

We are friendly and open and spend time keeping to ourselves or interacting over meals or a drink or two.

It is myself and my Son living in the house. We are open to Males or Females of any age as long as you are respectful and decent. My Son is very into his Music and spends some time producing in a dedicated space.

Daytime is very quiet for anyone who wants to work from home either in their bedroom or in one of the communal areas for a change of scenery.

It is a very homely house where you are welcome to have visitors over and just be at ease and have some interesting conversations.

Couples welcome at an additional £100 per Month.

We will also consider less than two Months for anyone who is between places.
