The flat is freshly painted, well kept, tidy - pretty immaculate inside. Quiet immediate environment even though close to the high street which has a few useful shops

Basically includes own bathroom as I have my own entrance suite, but please note visitors to the flat may occasionaly use this bathroom

Looking for someone who's clean and will look after the place, considerate etc

I WFH as a musician/piano teacher currently, although most of my lessons are home visits now. I'm considerate and use headphones often. Will be considerate in the evenings and not disturb you. We can have an agreement in place about sound etc.

The main living room is used by me as a studio to WFH, so not always available for use by whoever rents the Room. However I'm ok with the lodger hanging out there sometimes :)
