Two large King-size rooms available for 2 females preferred- SW16-Norbury

Both rooms are on the 2nd floor of a large house. You’ll be sharing the entrance with an elderly couple who also live in the house but all your facilities (bathroom/kitchen) will be completely separate. Only the entrance and stairs leading up to the rooms is shared.

Each room is available to rent individually.
However, it would suit two friends that would like to share a space together as well.

Room 1: King-size bed (with a comfy emma mattress), Juliette balcony with amazing views of local gym fields, lots of wardrobe space, air conditioning unit in room
£900 including bills

Room 2: King size bed with storage, lots of storage space, seating, chair, bedside table
£800 including bills

There may be some room for negotiation on the rent for the right people so if either room are slightly above your budget do still contact me.

Bathroom has both a shower and bath
Kitchen has brand new kettle, air fryer, electric stove

Any additional furniture items that are in rooms can be removed if you do not want them
