Double room in a clean and friendly house share, located just 5 minutes’ walk from Norbury Station and 1 minute from the high street, where you’ll find shops and bus stops connecting you to the rest of London. Brixton is about 25-35 minutes away by bus, depending on the time of day.

• We ensure the kitchen is spotless after use: no food is left out, all plates are washed and put away, and the space is ready for the next person.
• Weekly cleaning is a shared responsibility, with tasks like mopping floors, cleaning windows, and tidying up communal areas.
• We recycle and are mindful of gas and electricity usage.
• After using the bathroom, we always clean up and open windows to maintain freshness.
