Entire Loft with ensuite Bathroom

Entire Loft with ensuite Bathroom available for short term, holiday let.
The room covers the entire loft area of the house. It is bright an spacious with a south east facing bi-fold glass front.
It features a double sofa bed, a work desk and office chair, ideal for home working. A large side board is available to store clothes and personal items.
It also features an ensuite bathroom with a large shower.
The room is lockable from in- and outside.
It lets in a lot of light, but has no black out curtains.
The open plan kitchen as well as garden are shared with my partner and me. My partner is semi-retired and works irregular hours, but is out of the house most afternoons. I work 3 days in the company office and 2 days at home. This accommodation would also suit someone, who is active and out and about. The accommodation is for one person only. Every now and then a family member can stay over, subject to prior agreement.
For a short term let less than 6 months, it would legally have to be arranged as a holiday let, we would not require a deposit, but require two months upfront, but payable only when you have seen the property in person. Strictly no smoking, although ok in the rear garden
