You’ll be living with the landlord, who’s a friendly and approachable person. He works hybrid, so you’ll see him around the house occasionally, and he’s always up for a pleasant chat when paths cross.

Ideal Tenant:
This is not a party house, so the ideal tenant is someone who appreciates a calm and respectful living environment. Ideally, you:
