We are 4 professionals living in a split two floor Victorian, the house, which has 1 toilet + 1 bathroom with another toilet , big kitchen with washing machine and dryer. The house is just 7 minutes walking distance to Streatham and 6 min to Norbury station which takes you in less than 20 min to central London . The house is located 5 minutes walking distance to Sainsbury and Lidl also within walking distance we have great variety of restaurants and cafes. The rent includes Bills, Internet & and toilet paper which now a days is unusual. We are are very easy going flatmates , quiet and respectful to each other. We are looking for a female flatmate , someone mature, who is easy going, respectful , clean and keeps social outside. Please note no couples or people with partners staying overnight.
