The room comes fully furnished.

The communal area is clean and tidy, fully equipped fridge and freezer, washing machine, microwave, and all kitchen appliances.

We do not charge any deposit, however, the below is required:

To secure the room a one off payment of £185, this will cover the bills for the initial 3 months of the contract, after the third month if you decide to continue with the contract on a rolling basis, no further payment towards the bills will be required.

After that payment is made, You need send your documents via email, then will need to pay the initial FIRST 2 WEEKS + THE LAST 2 WEEKS (NOTICE PERIOD)

We offer maintenance service, cleaner and Wi-Fi as a courtesy, it is not included on the bills or rent. We don't charge for these services provided. It's just to keep our standard.

**All the flatmates are young professionals people, they are clean and respectful, so we are looking to keep it in the same standard.
