TRANSPORT: The Street is directly off the A23, “The London to Brighton (Croydon) Road”. Norbury Station (Zone 3) is a 15 min walk or take the 109 bus. Other buses are 255, 50 N109 and 60.
There are direct trains to Victoria, London Bridge, Croydon and Clapham Junction with its Rail Network. Or 2 stops to Balham and the Northern Line tube. Victoria is a 20 min journey during the rush.
FACILITY: It's a newly renovated detached property on a quiet leafy residential road in Norbury SW16. It is a warm clean and tidy household. A large well equipped kitchen / living room with a large (48in) flat screen with browser and super-fast broadband cable (200Mb). There is also a downstairs loo.
The shower is digital and a torrent.
Enjoy the garden for eating or for games (ping pong, badminton, footie, golf). It's full of birds some residential some fly in. All are welcome it’s no stress feel comfortable at all times.
Ample free street parking and off road parking.
HOUSE SHARE: Friendly owner have my own separate rooms in part of the downstairs. Looking for a happy considerate individual.
LEISURE: There are numerous Bars, Cafes and Eateries on Norbury high street. There is a Tesco Express at the end of the street. Larger super-markets can be walked to.
Nuffied Health Centre Gym (incl. 25m swimming pool, tennis courts, steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi) is close by. There is a park and open field at the top of the road.
