Vegetarian or only eats fish/ no meat in the house preferably.

No shared living room - sharing with one other female.

Hi. I thought I'd put the main points so as not to waste peoples time. I have a large spacious room in Norbury. Good links to London bridge and Victoria. Sharing with just myself, who is a live in landlord.

The living room is not a shared space but happy to sit and have a cuppa and a chat sometimes.

I don't drink or smoke - so would ideally prefer someone who is similar to me.
