The house:
-a Victorian mansion with enormous living quarters (living room, dining room, laundry, kitchen, 30 metre garden with BBQ area, fruit trees and shed ) encompassing the whole of the ground floor.

The room:
- 1x carpeted - cosy and private. Furnished with a large single
bed, drawers, built-in wardrobe, bedside table , skylight,
- the room shares a bathroom with maximum of two others.
- the room includes council tax and water rates (amounting to about 100 per month)

- access to the 3 car drive and the storage shed in the garden
-the room requires a month's deposit, passport/visa information with photo id, a reference from your employer or last landlord, and a person who is agreeable and gets along with the other tenants..

*This is an international household with Lithuanian, Romanians and English tenants .

-Min stay is 6 months. No maximum (average tenancy in the house is 3-5 years). One month notice is required on both ends to break contract).
