1. King size mattress - I know, in a small room, why have a king size mattress? I thought the same when I first came in, but DAM if you're going to have a small room, it may as well be all bed. It's heaven, I just bought this mattress literally 3 weeks ago
2. North Acton station is 5 minutes walk away, it's also so close to Asda Superstore, a Sainsburys and Tesco, literally everything at your door step.
3. The housemates - You'd be sharing the house with an Awesome Aussie gal, Scottish gal, British guy, French gal. We all get along really well - we love catching up in the kitchen or living room, and often watch tv together or have social drinks in the backyard - there's also a fire pit!
4. The price - includes all bills, including SkyTv. Absolute steal!
5. Amenities - Dryer, 2 bathrooms, living room ...everything you need in London
