Hi there, we are the current tenants of a lovely 4 bedroom west London flat and are looking for 2 people to take on the 2 remaining rooms

The flat is divided in 2 floors,

Room 1 is a bright modern double bedroom with a comfortable carpet, large wardrobe, mirror, chest of drawers and great (easy lift) under bed storage space. The room was recently refurbished and the mattress replaced. It also has a fold up desk and a chair available with conveniently placed shelf space (TV not included but wall bracket is).

Room 2 is also a bright modern double room with real oak flooring, 2 bedside tables (with storage), a brand new mattress, built in wardrobe, wall cupboard and desk. Perfect for working from home or studying. It also has a Jubilee balcony with a great cityscape view of London's landmarks!

You will be living with 2 females, very respectful, clean and relaxed, we treat the property as our home since we have been living here for the last 3 years. We're looking for like minded people. You will be only be sharing the bathroom with only 1 of us since the other room is ensuite.

The house is located within a lovely calm neighbourhood, around a 12 minute walk from East Acton Station (central line) and 15 minutes from Willesden Junction Station (over ground to Clapham Junction, Richmond and Stratford ). The nearest bus stop is just 2 minutes away and that takes you to Shepherds Bush and Westfield in under 20 minutes! Local bus station is a 7 minute walk from home with buses direct to central London. There is also a huge local park and nearby shops.
