We are 2 guys and a girl living together as friends rather than housing mates and are looking for someone social and friendly to join us (rather than just fill the room). Ideally we're looking for a female tenant to balance energy in the house.
We are smoking+ friendly, just not 'inside' the house.
Cleanliness and desire to keep clean are very important to us.
LGBTQ+ friendliness is also a must. We're all too open-minded.
