Bright spacious double room in Acton flat share

The flat location is 10 min walk from North Acton (Central Line), a 15 min walk from Park Royal (Piccadilly Line) and a 20 min walk from Acton Main Line.
The whole flat has 3 bedrooms (we use the 3rd bedroom as a spare room for friends to stay over, and an office), with a cozy living room (with big comfy sofa and a wood burner), a bathroom with roll top bath & shower, and modern kitchen. We also have a garden out the back of the building where we grow flowers, fruit and vegetables.
We're looking for someone to take the room that is in full time work, that is fun loving but also super chilled. Pets would be considered!
We have quite a bit of furniture in the flat already, but the bedroom can be provided empty or with the bed included if you need it.
Although there’s not an allocated parking spot you can apply for a permit through Ealing council which comes through very quickly. Although worth noting we are in the ultra low emission zone!
Your flatmate will be my best friend Fiona who is wonderful (as I’m moving out to move in with my partner). She's funny, caring, kind, lively but also chilled out. Most nights we are watching Netflix and relaxing after work, but we also have regular special evenings together like games nights, dinners, and birthday celebrations.
It makes me sad to write this advert as I don't really want to leave the flat, but if you're interested please tell us more about you - who you are, what you love and what you do for a living!
