We've got a small double room with views on the front garden (and its olive trees!) available from 22/7/22. The room is bright and gets the afternoon/evening sun. It's got beautiful real wood flooring. There's a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside drawers, desk and chair.

All bills & wifi are included in the rent.

The house is bright, spacious, well looked after and the shared areas are great:
- a large kitchen/living room/dining room open space
- a wonderful private back garden with deck - perfect for summer BBQs.

There's also everything you need to make life easier: super-fast internet, washing machine, separate dryer, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms (one with toilet), separate toilet.

Local Co-op and Sainsburys are 5 minutes walk away. Churchfield Road with its restaurants and independent shops is only 10 minutes walk away and just next to it is the very nice Acton Park.

Very convenient location, only 10 minutes walk to North Acton (Central line, zone 2), 10 minutes walk to Acton Central or an even shorter (5 mins) walk to Acton Main line (Elizabeth line). Also very close to Shepherds Bush, Ealing, Chiswick.

You'll be sharing with Ollie (Film Industry), Rory (Travel advisor to the Middle-East), Will (Cameraman), Georgia (Production Assistant) and Jack (Software Engineer). They're all very nice, easy-going housemates who like spending time together (evening drink, netflix, ...) but also respectful of everyone's space.
