I'm currently seeking a new flatmate to take over for my current flatmate as she is moving back to France.

DEPOSIT: £808
BILLS: £195ish

MUST HAVE:
* References
* Full time employment
* Able to pay rent and deposit by October 28th
* Non-smoker
* No pets (sorry!)

ROOM AND FLAT

Decent sized double bedroom with a window. UNFURNISHED but comes with a nice small wardrobe and chest of drawers.

* Small but modern bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
* Kitchen is airy, modern and bright with a washing machine, fridge and plenty of space
* Living room is bright and modern and decently spacious.

* LOCATION
* 5-10 mins away from Tesco, Asda & Sainsburys
* 5-10 mins walk away from North Action station, gets you into Central London in 30 mins
* Regular buses less than 5 mins away that can take you into West London e. g. Westfield or Kensington or Shepherds Bush in about 30-40 mins
* Lovely huge park about 6 minutes walk away
* Directly opposite a motorway but there is no noise once inside property.
* Safe, well lit
* Neighbours are mostly families

IDEAL FLATMATE
The ideal housemate is female identifying, kind, considerate, mature, very tidy, friendly, calm and respectful of privacy. Able to pay rent on time and cares about the home we share.
This is not a party house or a very busy house, this flat would suit someone who likes a quiet and low-key house.

ABOUT ME
I work full time in tv & film from home sometimes out of the house. I like to cook, listen to music and I am lowkey and quiet but happy to share a meal or catch up. Always on hand with a bad dad joke if you need one or a movie recommendation.
Happy to share household duties and or get a cleaner every so often.
