Looking for a new flatmate to replace my current flatmate who is sadly moving out. The room will be available in September. Very modern flat, you would be in the larger room with en-suite. We have a shared kitchen/living room, lots of shared storage for luggage etc, washing machine/dryer, balcony and another shared bathroom with bath. Flat is fully furnished and room comes with double bed, large double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables however if you want your own furniture that be can discussed. The current flatmate is also leaving her desk and chair and extra clothes rail.

Looking for a respectful, tidy, clean and considerate flatmate. I’m quite easygoing and happy to hang out, cook and socialise with any flatmates but equally understand needing time to yourself. I’m looking for someone who will keep the shared space clean too and be considerate. I’ve lived in the building for 5 years and it’s a big flat so can feel like you’re living solo sometimes. I work hybrid but some weeks fully from home so would need someone okay with that. WiFi is excellent and good enough for both of us to be on calls/streaming at same time.

The building has a concierge Mon-Fri who takes in our post to the post room and the building management team help fix everything promptly. There is a shared common room and bbq which you can reserve for yourself for parties or events or for any use for free. There are 2 roof terraces. If you want a pet you also have to pay an additional fee but I’m open to living with a pet.

It’s a very safe building and is next door (1 minute) to North Acton station which is the central line but the building is very soundproof so you won’t hear trains. It’s 10 min walk from Acton main line, Elizabeth line and 20 mins walk from Wilisden junction. There is a tesco express and sainsburys local downstairs in the building and opposite and a larger Asda 10 mins walk away.


Current lease ends in Nov 25 and would expect to extend. Rent will likely increase in November so have used this price in the ad. It’s £1050 without the increase.
Its council tax band E and currently bills come to roughly £370 a month split between 2 although can be variable due to bill increases through the year.
