Hi all, I’m seeking someone to takeover my contract I have currently moved out, there was a potential applicant but he failed the reference check, hence the ad is now online again. Please contact via WhatsApp
Move in anytime from now and contract ends on 17 July 2024. My flatmates prefer staying for another contract year so you’re welcome to renew the contract together.

It’s a 2B2B flat in a new built in North Acton that complete in late 2021 so everything is fairly new; there’s a 24h concierge, huge gym, parcel room, etc. It is just a 3-min walk from North Acton station. With the central line it’s easy to reach central London in 15 mins, Westfield is only 2 stops away and Nottinghill 5 stops. The Acton Main Line station (Lizzy line) is also a 12-min walk away. Tesco, sainsbury, costa, and an oriental mart are right downstairs of the condo.

The bedroom comes with a double bed and mattress, 2 bedside tables and a large build-in wall-to-ceiling wardrobe; the washroom is separated from the room, but you will be the only user of that.

The other 2 tenants are a lovely married couple, who took over the en-suite. They’re young professionals and would appreciate the new flatmate to be a tidy, clean, working professional that respects personal spaces, but also open to talk and hanging out!

This flat may not be suitable for you if you’re a party animal, or would not spend time in housework.

***please note that you’ll have to complete a reference check with a platform called Goodlord, as required by the agency*** therefore PLEASE HAVE ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS READY (visa, proof of salary & occupation)

In full time employment
You will have to pay a holding deposit, equivalent to one week's rent divided by three, which is £184.62. The holding deposit will be deducted when the you paid the deposit after passing the reference check.
