A bright single room is available in our cosy 3-bedroom ground floor flat in North Acton, and we're looking for someone who'll feel at home here and help us keep the lovely atmosphere we've built.

The house has everything you need for comfortable living:

- Access to a communal garden from the kitchen
- Ground floor flat in a quiet residential block

The available room comes furnished with:

Single bed
Wardrobe
Bedside table

North Acton Station (Central Line) – around 10 minutes' walk
Acton Main Line (Elizabeth Line) – around 5 minutes' walk
Acton Central (Overgroung) - around 18 minutes' walk

There are supermarkets , cafés and local shops nearby, making day-to-day life really convenient.

About us:

We're two Italian girls who have been living in the flat for several years.
One of us works in a secondary school, and the other works in luxury retail.

We're friendly, easy-going and enjoy spending time together at home, whether that's chatting after work or watching something together. At the same time, we really value each other's privacy, personal space and a peaceful home environment.

We're looking for someone with a similar vibe—someone respectful, considerate and easy to live with.

Ideally you'd be someone who:

- Is clean and tidy
- Takes care of shared spaces as if they were your own
- Is respectful of everyone's routines
- Is looking for a calm, friendly home rather than a party house

Rent & Move-in Details:

- Rent: Approximately £850 per month, with bills included.
- Gas and electricity may vary slightly depending on seasonal usage.
- Deposit: Between £600 and £700.
- The successful applicant will be required to pass the usual reference and credit checks before moving in.
