The available room is a double bedroom with private use of the main bathroom and comes with a double bed and mattress, two bedside tables and built-in wardrobe. Available from 28 April.

The flat is very modern, spacious and airy with an open-plan kitchen and living room and an outdoor balcony space – lovely in summer! There's also a washer-dryer, dishwasher, broadband and a ventilation system. The building has lift access, bike storage in the basement, a communal roof terrace with amazing views, a concierge service and complex security.

The flat is a 15-minute walk from Willesden Junction (Bakerloo line and Overground) and 15 minutes from North Acton (Central line). There are also bus stops nearby for East Acton, North Acton, Westfield White City, Acton and Hammersmith.

There are a Sainsbury's Local and a Tesco Express by North Acton station, a Simply Fresh a few minutes away from the flat and a big Asda a 20-minute walk away.
