Hi! I'm Shirley who is living in Icon Tower right now and waiting for a tenant to continue the contract of this apartment with me.

The rent of this apartment is 2600pm, and I'll pay 1400pm because I live in the main bedroom. I hope we can pay the bill and council tax evenly.

This apartment is super close to North Acton, only 5mins walk, and 10 mins walk to Elisabeth line. Downstairs there are tesco, sainsbury, subway and domino's. Only three stations to Westfield.

This apartment has its own gym which is quite new and doesn't have too many people there. There is also a seperate parcel room which can keep your parcel safe. Plus, this building will have different activities for the tenants to socialize.

I hope you can keep the shared space clean, especially the kitchen. And occasional party is acceptable, but please don't do it every week... I'm very good at cooking especially Chinese food, so I promise you will have chance to try the best Chinese food in London:)
