I am moving out and want to transfer my current stay to someone else(contract ends at 8th of October). All bills and council tax included. No reference required. Same room is £1620 if you want to rent from landlords as a new contract (you can check on Collective Old Oak's website)

Private kitchen has a microwave, storage, induction hob stove and fridge.

Free high speed internet.

Free amenities in the building (laundry room, library, working room, sauna, desks)

Frequent free events at the building (weekend morning coffees, Friday night drink events, occasional various events like hand crafting hours and life drawing sessions etc)

24/7 open free gym.

Guests allowed. No pets except service animals.

Room itself doesn't have a balcony but there is a nice large terrace next to room.

Room cleaning every two weeks (they clean and replace the bed & pillow covers with clean ones)

No restrictions to transfer contract to someone else (you can find someone else & transfer in the future)
