I’m a 2nd-year PhD student at Imperial College London, and I’m looking for someone to buddy up and make an offer on this amazing flat near North Acton Station. If you’re also a student, we can benefit from not having to pay council tax. Here are the details:

Rent: Just over £1000 per month, so with bills, it would be about £1080 per person (electric rating B, so it might even be lower).

Location: High-rise complex with several buildings (5-7 stories) near North Acton Station.

Transport: 10-minute walk to North Acton (Central Line) and Willesden Junction (Bakerloo Line, Overground). Easy access to central London – about 20 minutes by tube.

Room: The room is around 20m² and has an additional ensuite bathroom attached.

Condition: Everything is new, in great condition and with at most 1-2 years of use. (New mattress)

Outdoor Space: The flat has both a balcony and access to a rooftop terrace.

Kitchen: Large kitchen with all appliances, including a dishwasher and washer-dryer.

Amenities:
Concierge service to hold packages and assist with any needs.
Coffee shop at the bottom of the building, offering yoga classes on weekends.

About Myself:
I’m originally from Austria but have lived in numerous countries including the US, Netherlands, Japan, and now the UK. I’m organized, love cooking, and value a clean living space. In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, boxing, traveling, and having friends over for smaller get-togethers, such as movie nights, dinner parties, or board game nights.

I'd want my future flatmate to also be clean, friendly, sociable and ideally a student but professionals can still apply. Would be great if we could maybe even organise some small parties or get togethers from time to time. At the same time I do also value each others private time.
