I am looking for someone to replace my flatmate who is moving in with her boyfriend. Preferably someone who works 9-5 whether from home or from the office. You would be a clean, social individual who respects the common areas around the house (kitchen, living room, bathroom).
The building is a new build 3 minute walk from North Acton station and 8 min walk to Acton Main Line. The building accepts pets so bonus points if you have animals especially dogs :) It is on the tenth floor with a balcony and we get an amazing sunset view when it isn’t cloudy. We also have a rooftop patio on the 12th floor.
A little bit about me my name is Emmelia and I work as a psychotherapist. As I am an essential worker, I get the flat for a discounted price as long as your annual income is more than 34k and less than 71k so that we can meet the requirements.
I love being at home when it’s cold and chilling on our very comfortable couch with a good movie and hot chocolate. I also love to cook and going to pilates.
Tenancy is for 6 months or could extend to 1 year+ if you are an essential worker.
